This is gonna take crackerjack timing, Wang.

Ok, my title means nothing really. It was just something really random to say and this is a random post :) Bytheway, does anyone know which movie that line is from. I'll give you a hint, it is totally an '80s show and it very dumb. Chad loves it though. Anyway, away from my random title, and on to my random blog.

First thing first. I am just going to say one funny thing that Lauren said. At least I think it is funny because let's face it, I am her mom. So everything she happens to say is funny to me. I am using my blog as a journal, so sometimes I write things down that I want to remember. So you have to indulge me on somethings. It was Conference Sunday, and I was letting Lauren watch the Disney Chanel, but then it was 10, and time for confrerence so I told her that it was Mommy's turn for the T.V. Right when I changed the chanel and she could see that it was conference, Lauren threw her head against the couch, looked up to the sky and said in such a defeated tone "Oh no, not this again!" See, I bet I think this is funnier then you do because she is my kid, but I laughed so hard.

Now, here we go on to more random thoughts and events. My dad use to live with us, about two years ago he got remarried and moved out. But his rusty old truck stayed. It has been in our garage for two years now. Just sitting there, waiting for the day when it's owner will come calling again. Well, yesterday my dad finally came around to getting rid of it.

This little baby had definitely seen better days.

You can't tell in this picture, but Lauren was crying. She is so sentimental and hates change. (just like her Daddy).

It is hard to tell from the pictures, but this truck was such a rust bucket.

Good-bye Toyota. My dad had an junk yard come and pick it up. They actually paid him $150.00 for it, which stunned Chad that they would pay so much for it. My dad gave us $50.00 of it. I am not sure how I am going to spend the money yet, but I am excited to have it. Thanks dad.

After we said our good-byes to the hunk of metal pretending to be a truck, we met up with some friends at a park. It was such a nice day for it too. I only took two pictures. I should have taken some more. It was such a nice warm day yesterday and I loved soaking up some Vitamin D. Lauren loved playing, she always loves to play.

Look how super cute Tiffany looks! Seriously, mother of four! I thought it was cute how Rylie was pushing Lauren on the swing. It was nice to get out. I forget just how much I hate the winter time when I can get out of the house again and enjoy the nice weather.

Every night before I go to bed, I have to check on Lauren and Evan, or ealse I just can't sleep. Weather it is 10 when I finally get tired or 2 in the morning, I can't close my eyes untill I know that Lauren and Evan are safe and sleeping peacefully. Well, last night I checked in on Evan before I went to sleep and this is what I saw:

His jammies wern't even unziped! I still wonder how he was able to shimmy out of them. I thought he looked adorable, but then again, I am his mommy.

This is the last of my randomness. Everytime I look at Lauren and Evan, I really don't see myself in them. When people say "Lauren looks like you." Or "Evan looks just like you." I totally don't see it. I really don't mind to much. I still think that my kids are adorable and weather or not they get that from me, I really could care less. But the other day, I was looking through my baby book, and I saw pictures of me as a baby. I swear I was looking at Evan in a dress! I even had a expression on my face that I see Evan make almost daily. But I will just show you and you can be the judge.

Here is me.

And here is Evan.

Me again..

And Evan again. So what do you think? Is Evan my kid or what. And that is the end of my random blog today.
